RATES

Rates are based on double occupancy.  Rates do not include 5% sales and 6% lodging taxes. A minimum two-night stay will be required for Bristol Race weekends. Corporate rates are available. All major credit cards accepted.  Cash or personal checks preferred.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

Reservations must be secured with a deposit equivalent to one night's lodging by check or credit card. Any balance is paid at check-in. Your reservation confirmation is sent by e-mail as soon as possible upon receipt of your reservation.  A full refund will be made if cancellation notice is received seven days prior to scheduled arrival.  If cancellation is necessary within seven days, a gift certificate will be issued for future use if room cannot be rebooked.  A service charge of $20.00 applies to all cancellations.

• Check in between 4 pm and 7 pm (early or late check-ins must be arranged in                                                   advance)                                                                                                                                                            

• Checkout by 11 am.                                                                                                                                             

• Children sixteen and older welcome.                                                                                                                   

• Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets; however, we do have a loving pet boarder nearby, and we will be happy to   make arrangements for you.                                                                                                                              

• Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person per room, $25.00.  Additional guests can be            accommodated only in the Monroe room or the Cottage.  Please call before booking on-line if you wish to bring an additional guest.                                                                                                                                              

• We are a smoke-free inn – smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas (no smoking or burning          candles in rooms or on patios or balconies).
